Overview
A comprehensive automation system connecting email outreach, lead enrichment, CRM updates, and reporting into a single, self-operating pipeline.
The Challenge
The sales team was spending 20+ hours per week on manual tasks: qualifying leads, updating CRM records, triggering follow-up sequences, syncing data between Smartlead and the internal dashboard, and compiling weekly reports.
What I Built
Designed and built an end-to-end automation pipeline:
• Mapped the complete sales workflow and identified 12 automatable touchpoints
• Built Make.com scenarios for lead enrichment, scoring, and CRM auto-population
• Created n8n workflows for campaign performance data sync between Smartlead and Atlas SalesOS
• Implemented webhook-based triggers for real-time event processing (new reply, meeting booked, deal stage change)
• Set up error handling, retry logic, and Slack notifications for pipeline failures
• Built automated weekly reporting that compiled metrics and delivered them to stakeholders
